Nashville public relations firm McNeely Pigott & Fox was the only Tennessee firm ranked as one of the nation's 100 best agencies to work for by trade industry publication The Holmes Report.

MP&F placed 13th on the list of the nation's top 30 firms, a list that also included another 70 honorable mentions. The Nashville firm placed ahead of industry stalwarts Burson-Marsteller, Ketchum, and Ogilvy. The ratings came from employee responses compiled by Holmes.

The ranking were based on more than 40 criteria, including employee empowerment, people and culture, ethics and compensation. More than 4,200 employees representing 120 public relations firms participated in a survey that helped determine the rankings.

MP&F specializes in media relations, research and strategic planning and has offices in Nashville and Memphis.
