Has relocated Baker Donelson Berman Caldwell and Berkowitz three partners for the Office of Nashville from other sites, and the number of local staff to 92.
• Natasha Campbell moved the company's office in Knoxville, joined the team of local labor and employment. It primarily defends against discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases, as well as claims involving the adoption of laws and compensation. She received her Ph.D. in law from the University of Tennessee College of Law and graduated from Duke University undergraduate. • Samuel Miller comes to Nashville from Memphis and is part of the Baker group's intellectual property. Work focuses on the copyright, trademark and patent litigation and the right of publicity. Also has experience in arbitration proceedings involving domain name disputes, the current Chairman of the Intellectual Property Department of the Bar Association in the state of Tennessee. • Liz Moccaldi also moved from the Office of the Memphis Baker, a member of the company and the group. She focuses on complex trade issues, labor law and has experience in securities litigation, class actions, trade secrets, fraud and other claims. Prior to joining Baker, worked in the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination in partnership with the Government of the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the legal department of Hilton Hotels Corporation |
