NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Wednesday morning, three Metro officers were on restricted duty after a major policy violation.

Metro Police said Sgt. Marvin Keith, Sgt. Pat Bianconi and Detective Randy Martin violated policy when they were spotted with former teamster Representative and convicted felon Calvin Hullet last Friday night.

Hullett pleaded guilty last week to identity theft and conspiracy charges in connection with a 2007 break-in to the Andrew Jackson FOP youth Camp in Wilson County.

The three officers have been placed on desk duty because it is against policy to associate with known felons outside of work.
