The House of the National Justice Council (CNJ) unanimously adopted the resolution will provide greater transparency to the costs of the Brazilian Judiciary.
The resolution, proposed by Councilor Marcelo Neves, regulates the publication of information regarding the budget and financial administration of the courts throughout the country, the Internet, creating a kind of Integrated Financial Management Branch, an allusion to Siafi used by the Federal Government . In addition to the disciplinary model of transparency with regard to the budget execution of the judiciary, the resolution will allow greater control of expenses of the Judiciary. It requires the courts to publish on their websites, personnel costs, fees, rent, daily, media services, cleaning, maintenance and also the resources used for construction and renovation of buildings. The information should be included in a link called "transparency." |
